Everyone has different goals, different needs, and different preferences. At Prevail Personal Fitness we offer several personal training options to help you reach your health and fitness goals, in the way that works best for you.

Additionally, we offer further services for those interested in enhancing their fitness experience.



Private 1 on 1 Personal Training

Best for those who desire the individual attention and expertise of their trainer

Each session lasts 1 hour and will be completely customized to the individual's needs and goals


Semi-private training

Small group sessions consisting of 3-6 people

Ideal for those who want the in person guidance and expertise of their trainer, but do not need completely individualized attention


Custom workout programming based on individual goals, needs, and abilities. Programming includes initial goal setting consultation as well as monthly follow up meetings to review progress and make appropriate program modifications and progressions

Client will need to provide equipment required for their training session at a location of their choice.

Nutrition Coaching

Your success lies in your nutrition.

Work with a nutrition coach and remove the guesswork.


Private nutrition coaching based on your health and fitness goals.
